Further to the announcement published on Tadawuls website on 15/05/2014 related to the recommendation of the Board of Directors to increase the companys capital through a Rights Issue offering, and the announcement on 26/05/2014 that pertains to the appointment of the financial advisor for the proposed Rights Issue, Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) would like to inform its shareholders that it has filed on Thursday 07 Aug 2014 an application with the Capital Markets Authority for approval in relation to its proposed Rights Issue. Any new developments regarding this matter will be announced in due course.
